Lang Company is seeking an energetic and motivated sales leader with a proven track record in technology sales in a B2B market space to manage and grow our sales operations in Louisville.

Our Sales Manager is responsible for achieving overall revenue targets for their team of 4-10 Account Managers. This is accomplished by maintaining and expanding our product offerings within our existing customer base while also capturing new business opportunities. Successful individuals will have a strong understanding of the technology we offer, with the ability to provide simple, effortless, and cost-effective solutions to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline Work with management & Lang SMEs to create sales and marketing programs. Visit key accounts to assist sales team members. Understand and utilize CRM tools to improve efficiency and sales automation. Perform sales duties and administrative duties as needed
Oversee and direct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets. Recruit, hire, train, motivate and supervise the members of the sales team Provide on the job training to develop sales skills and product knowledge. Establish and review performance metrics to measure the success of team members. Perform sales duties and administrative duties as needed.
Education and/or Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or other relevant field is preferred 5+ years of proven success in selling to the B2B marketplace. 2+ years of Sales Management experience is preferred Capable and interested in using technology
