Since 1945

The Lang Company was founded in 1945 by Forrest J. Lang, when he established an A. B. Dick Company distributorship.  From their office on South Third Street, The Lang Company began making a name for itself in the graphic arts industry selling and servicing offset duplicators, spirit duplicators, and mimeograph equipment.

In 1967 The Lang Company moved to their present location at the corner of Thirteenth and Chestnut Streets, and Robert Welter, Mr. Lang’s son-in-law, became President.  In 1980, The Lang Company opened branch offices in Evansville, Indiana and in Owensboro and Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Today, The Lang Company is an authorized dealer for Konica Minolta digital B/W multifunction copiers and digital color printers/copiers, Muratec multifunction fax units, A.B.Dick graphic arts equipment and other manufacturers, including Duplo and Standard.

The Lang Company employs 80 people -- factory trained technicians providing fast, reliable service and knowledgeable sales representatives offering cost effective system recommendations.  The Lang Company has provided quality solutions -- from the mimeographs Mr. Lang sold back in 1945, to digital equipment connecting to state-of-the-art computer systems of the 21st century.
